Wisconsin announces class of 12



Wisconsin has announced the signings of 12 players to go along with seven preferred walk-ons. The Badgers always had planned to sign a smaller class but missed out on several top targets, including offensive lineman Kyle Dodson,Italy Euro Shirts, a one-time verbal commit who signed with Ohio State.Here are Wisconsin's signees:Vince Biegel, LBHugs Etienne, CBArthur Goldberg, DTBart Houston, QBVonte Jackson, RBJake Meador, OLReggie Mitchell, CBLeo Musso,Spain Euro Shirts, AthleteD.J. Singleton, SDan Voltz, OLWalker Williams, OLEtienne, Jackson and Voltz enrolled early.Houston is the big name of the bunch, a decorated recruit at a position where Wisconsin needs help in 2012 following the departure of Russell Wilson. Voltz is a nice pickup along the offensive line, and both Biegel and Singleton received four stars from ESPN Recruiting. The class features players from eight different states: three from Wisconsin, two from both Florida and Pennsylvania and one each from California, Indiana, New Jersey,Czech Euro 2012 Shirts, Illinois and Washington.
